Exmart exports wholesale orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and Italy.
Our company´s sales and shipping policies are specified below.

Working Hours:
8:30 am - 6:00 pm central time Monday thru Friday

Packing Options:
For wholesale orders, each individual piece is wrapped in white foam polypack and placed in a cardboard box. This service can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the customer. Additional types of packing materials can be obtained and quotes will be provided at customer´s request.

Purchase Orders:
Minimum wholesale order $1,000.00 USD
Minimum retail order $500.00 USD


Delivery Time:
2-4 weeks per purchase order, prior confirmation.

Terms of Payment:
50% in advance and 50% on shipping date.

Financing Terms:
Credit line may be obtained. Letters of credit can be negotiated.

Freight:
All shipments are FOB Tlaquepaque, Jalísco, México. Freight and customs rates are customer´s responsibility and can be quoted at customer´s request.

Merchandise Claims:
Must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Order cancelations are not accepted once production has begun.
Due to handcrafting there may be slight color variations. Sizes are approximate.
Pieces damaged in transit are not Exmart´s responsibility.

Prices:
Subject to change without notice due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and duties.
